Delivery times are counted from the payment confirmation, sent to the mail that you registered at the time of purchase. Confirmation will be done the next business day.

The product must be received and inspected by any person with legal age at the place of delivery. In case of buildings with dorrman service, their reception and signature are accepted.

TYPES OF SHIPPING AND COSTS

In Colombia, for purchases for purchases over COP $200,000, shipping is free. For lower value purchases, the shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. The value will be informed during your purchase process, and will be included in the invoice prior to the execution of the payment.

In the United States, shipping is free for purchases over USD $150. For lower value purchases, the cost of shipping will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped , you can track your order either through the link at the bottom of the profile when logged in, typing the tracking number of your order; or by going directly to the carrier's website in track your order section by entering the tracking number.
